Cargo Procedure

• If your order is in center storage, orders that are taken until 12 o’clock go to cargo same day.
• In design yourself category your orders take at least 3 work days to go to cargo.
• Cargo procedure “My Account” in space “My Order” from you can follow.When you click “Sipariş Durumu”you can see where is your cargo.
• In online store Baskimarketim.com cargo is included in price, if sender pays the cargo it is payed from bosnamarket.com(bilişim d.o.o.).

Conditions of Return

• You can return the product in 7 days from reciving the product
• Products from group design yourself except from printing mistake can not be returned
• Damaged, used, without box, without warranty document and accsessories can not be returned.
• When you recive product if you have any problem you should report same day to info@bosnamarket.com. Customer service representative will respond in shortest time.
• In return and change procedures you can send cargo with companies we have contract with.
• Return procedure can be seen in bank in 10 days. In this process bosnamarket.com(Bilisim d.o.o.) does not intervene.
• Change process completes in 3 days. Otherwise customer service representative calls you.
• For return and change procedure you need to show bill.
